The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs invites students to join its book club. This quarter's reading selection is I Am Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter by Erika L. Sánchez. The book is available to students in several formats: paperback, e-book, and audiobook. The group will meet Monday, October 18 and Monday, October 25 from 5 - 6 p.m. Space is limited, so please register as soon as possible.
This is intended to be an affinity space for students of color and multicultural students in the College, graduate divisions, and professional schools. The group will meet in person at 5710 S. Woodlawn Ave., and arrangements can be made for remote participation. The book club is co-sponsored by the Center for the Study of Race, Politics, and Culture.
