Attend a faculty search training program offering best practices for faculty hiring. Based on behavioral science research by University of Chicago faculty and best practices from the National Science Foundation ADVANCE program, this training provides concrete, actionable steps for increasing faculty diversity. The session is led by the Office of the Provost, the Office of Legal Counsel, and the Office for Affirmative Action.
