Panelists will discuss the possible future for DACA and how immigration policy in the Biden administration may impact access to higher education for undocumented and immigrant students. Panelists will include:

  • Vanessa Esparza-Lopez, Managing Attorney, National Immigrant Justice Center
  • Nicole Hallett, Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Chicago Law School, Director of the Immigrants' Rights Clinic
  • Matthew Greenwald, Director of the University of Chicago Office of Federal Relations
  • Nick Seamons, Director of the University of Chicago Office of International Affairs
