Learning Perseverance Through Meditation

Join UChicago Student Wellness and the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs for a three-part, guided mindfulness meditation series during the Winter Quarter. In each session, we will cover the basics of mindfulness, and you will be led through one of three guided meditations focused on empowerment, perseverance, or gratitude. For this session, we are focusing on perseverance. This is intended to be a space for students of color from both the College and graduate/professional schools.
