Learning Gratitude Through Meditation

Join UChicago Student Wellness and the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs for a three-part, guided mindfulness meditation series during the Winter Quarter. Each session will cover the basics of mindfulness and participants will be led through one of three guided meditations focused on empowerment, perseverance, or gratitude. The focus of this last session is on gratitude. This is intended to be a space for students of color from both the College and graduate/professional schools.
