The first installment in the UChicago Inclusion Workshop series, Hearing One Another was developed by the Second Science Project, a program founded at the Booth School of Business in collaboration with the Second City. This training combines behavioral science with improvisational practice to cultivate insights and interpersonal skills central to understanding and relating to one another across dimensions of diversity. Join us for the Winter Quarter campus-wide drop-in session of this training. For those interested in becoming Hearing One Another workshop facilitators, you are invited to stay on to learn the facilitation techniques needed to lead this session. Sign up for Hearing One Another as a stand-alone experience, or include the facilitator training to deepen your learning.
- Workshop: 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
- Facilitator training: 2:30 - 4:30 p.m.
