Institutions and companies are promising to enhance their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. Have those promises been fulfilled? What will it actually take to achieve great DEI results in the workplace? A Latinx panel will talk about the actual state of DEI efforts in their respective careers, which includes:
- The changes and status quo they have seen in their workplaces
- Ways they navigate being Latinx as they achieve professional goals
- How they navigate their Latinx and other salient identities in their careers
- Experiences they have as they advance in their careers
