Join UChicago Student Wellness and the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs for a three-part, guided mindfulness meditation series during the Winter Quarter. In each session, we will cover the basics of mindfulness and you will be led through one of three guided meditations focused on empowerment, perseverance, or gratitude. This three-part guided meditation series is intended to be an affinity program for students of color from the College and graduate/professional schools.
