Dealing with the Stress of Families During the Holidays

Nov. 16

12:00–1:00 pm
Zoom

Most of us have grown used to avoiding and banning discussion on specific topics, especially during the holidays. In this workshop, Dr. Jinnie Cristerna will help you sort through several ways to lean into the hard conversations during the holidays and all year. Instead of avoiding it, consider dealing with the hard stuff - at least some of it.

Cristerna, AM’99, is the lead Psychological Surgeon at International High Achievers and is one of a handful of RoHun Doctors in the world and the only practicing RoHun doctor who is also a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Illinois. She is a graduate of the University of Chicago, an ordained minister, a clinical hypnotherapist, a former sports psychology manager for USA Taekwondo, a media expert for local and national news outlets, and has been practicing for 27 years. She was the resident therapist for JET Magazine for several years and hosted "Your Mental Health Minute" for a Chicago Morning show for a year.
